Job Summary
Lead preschool center as an Assistant Director/Director, ensuring adherence to health and safety SOPs, licensing requirements, and high-quality learning experiences. Build and develop a qualified staff, coach teachers, implement a proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment growth and family retention, manage payroll and P&L, and engage families through in-person tours and community events. Hold a Bachelor's in ECE or related field with state credentials, and bring 2+ years of leadership experience to advance a nurturing environment where children and families thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential (required or highly preferred)
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills
