Job Summary
Lead efforts to maintain and grow student enrollment, conduct school tours, and build strong relationships with families to promote the Primrose curriculum. Manage daily operations to maintain a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and staff. Develop strategies for recruiting/retaining qualified staff, ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and Primrose standards, oversee financial operations including budget development and payroll, and foster an inclusive, collaborative school culture with effective communication and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of Director or Assistant Director experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
- 2+ years of experience driving enrollment growth initiatives
