Job Summary
Preschool Director needed to lead our Cedars Preschool in McDonough, GA. Responsibilities include communicating with parents daily, assisting with staff hiring and staffing the facility, upholding licensing requirements, supporting the director/facility manager, staff training and conflict resolution, conducting parent meetings, attending corporate director trainings, maintaining center enrollment, and ensuring a positive, growth-oriented environment. Candidates should have CDA, TCC or equivalent credentials, an Active Georgia Directors Credential, CPR/First Aid, and prior management experience in early childhood education.
