Preschool Director

Develop and implement the preschool program, including curriculum using Hi-Scope and Dual Language frameworks, while maintaining compliance with FSSA, On MyWay, CCDF, and CACFP regulations. Train and supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure accurate documentation of daily activities, finances, and incidents. Build positive relationships with parents by facilitating conflict resolution and communicating critical management decisions to center staff. Promote FBGNC activities across Pike and Washington Townships to attract residents, volunteers, and partners, ensuring effective integration of support services and academic programming.
