Job Summary
Coordinates Preschool LifeGroups for babies to 2-year-olds at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and overseeing Preschool volunteer teams, planning special events, ensuring volunteer screening processes, and preparing items for Sundays. Candidates should possess a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for children, with skills in volunteer recruiting, communication, and Microsoft products. Physical capability to perform activities such as lifting and the flexibility to work various hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC
- Must have a passion for children
- Able to work Sundays and some hours every other Friday and Saturday, with flexibility for weekday shifts; able to cover some Wednesday nights when needed
- Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, use of stairs, and able to occasionally lift up to 30 Ibs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting volunteers preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products
