Job Summary
Coordinates Preschool LifeGroups for babies to 2-year-olds at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and overseeing volunteer teams, planning special events, ensuring volunteer screening processes, coordinating classrooms, and equipping volunteers. Candidates must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion for children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC
- Passion for children
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products
- Able to work Sundays and some hours every other Friday and Saturday
- Able to cover some Wednesday nights when needed
- Able to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, use of stairs, and able to occasionally lift up to 30 Ibs.
