Job Summary
Preschool Cook at The Learning Experience prepares nutritious meals for preschool children, ensures dietary restrictions and allergies are identified and communicated, follows food safety and sanitation procedures, assists with purchasing and inventory in coordination with Center Leadership, and delivers friendly service to parents and children while staying adaptable to daily childcare operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking
- Food handling certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
