Job Summary
Preschool Cook at The Learning Experience responsibilities include planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals for preschool children that meet nutritional requirements; maintaining and communicating food allergies to teachers; following food safety and sanitation procedures; collaborating with Center Leadership to purchase supplies and manage inventory; providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude to parents and children; and remaining flexible to the daily needs of a childcare center.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking.
- A food handling certificate.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
