Job Summary
Preschool Center Director responsibilities include leading center operations, ensuring health and safety compliance with local/state licensing, building and developing a highly qualified staff, guiding teachers with our proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment and family engagement, and managing finances (P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll). The role also involves coordinating community marketing events and tours for prospective families, while fostering trust, inclusivity, and a positive environment for children, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
