Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children through classroom management and curriculum implementation. Take the lead on all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. Monday through Friday work week. Compensation ranges from $21.51 to $23.91 bi-weekly or daily, with full-time health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401K match. Candidates must be at least 18 with experience leading classrooms and meeting state education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
