Job Summary
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success. This role requires experience leading classrooms and developing educational lesson plans, with state education requirements met. Monday through Friday work week. Lead Teacher compensation ranges from $19.56 to $20.32 bi-weekly or daily. Full-time employees receive health insurance, education assistance, and 401K matching.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Be at least 18
