Job Summary
Directs a preschool center, builds a culture of trust and high expectations, ensures licensing compliance, recruits and develops teaching staff, guides teachers in delivering the proprietary curriculum with enthusiasm, and oversees the center’s business operations including family engagement, enrollment growth, payroll oversight, and monthly P&L tasks. Strong leadership to foster teamwork, support families, and create an engaging, joyful, high-quality learning environment for children.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of preschool or childcare center leadership (minimum 1 year required)
- Director/Administrator Credential as required by the state
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Solid command of childcare licensing requirements and best practices
