Job Summary
Lead by example to create an inclusive environment, ensuring the center adheres to health and safety standards and local licensing regulations. Build and maintain a qualified staff by sourcing, training, and coaching employees while guiding teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum. Drive business results by managing accounts receivable and payroll, overseeing P&L reports, and increasing enrollment through family tours and community marketing events. Requires two years of center leadership experience, a state-specific Director credential, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Required Qualifications

- at least one year of center leadership/management experience
- state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- state-specific guidelines for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
- strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
