Job Summary
Lead and manage a preschool center, ensuring health and safety compliance, recruiting and developing staff, guiding teachers with the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment and family engagement, managing financials including payroll and P&L, and representing the center in tours and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
