Job Summary
Preschool Center Director position at The Learning Experience in Acworth, GA. Lead by example to create an environment of trust, inclusivity, and excellence for children and staff; ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance; recruit, train, and coach teachers; guide curriculum implementation; drive enrollment growth and manage center operations including family engagement, A/P and payroll; conduct center tours for prospective families and oversee community marketing events.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
