Job Summary
Preschool Center Director responsible for leading The Learning Experience center operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, recruiting and coaching staff, guiding teachers with the proprietary curriculum, overseeing financials including monthly P&L and payroll, and engaging families through tours and community events. The role emphasizes staff development, licensing adherence, student and family growth, enrollment management, and collaborative leadership to create a nurturing, high-quality early education environment.
Required Qualifications
- two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
