Preschool Center Director

Lead by example to create an inclusive environment while ensuring the center adheres to health and safety standards and local licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by sourcing, training, and coaching educators, then guide them in implementing our proprietary curriculum. Drive consistent business results by managing accounts receivable, generating monthly P&L reports, overseeing payroll, and engaging prospective families through tours and community marketing events. Requires two years of center leadership experience, a state-specific Administrative or Director credential, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
