Job Summary
Preschool Center Director responsible for leading the center's operations and staff in an immersive, licensed preschool environment. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance with local/state regulations, sourcing and developing qualified staff, guiding teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment and family engagement, managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and conducting in-person and virtual center tours plus community marketing events. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) and the state Administrative/Director credential; 2+ years of leadership experience preferred. The role emphasizes building trust and an inclusive environment, maintaining a high-quality center, and achieving strong enrollment and family retention outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential (required)
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
