Job Summary
Lead by example in a preschool center, ensuring health and safety compliance, building and maintaining a qualified staff, guiding teachers with the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment growth and family retention, managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly P&L, and engaging prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours while organizing community marketing events to support a thriving learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
