Job Summary
Preschool Center Director responsible for leading center operations in an early-education setting. Build and maintain a qualified staff, ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, guide teachers with the proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment growth and family engagement, manage finances including monthly P&L and payroll, and coordinate community marketing and center tours to promote program benefits. The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, curriculum implementation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and performance metrics related to family retention and enrollment. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field and state administrative/director credentials, with 2+ years of leadership experience (or 1+ year as a required baseline).
Required Qualifications
- two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
