Preschool Center Director

Direct a preschool center at The Learning Experience, overseeing implementation of the proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment growth, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Lead staff sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement; manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly P&L; conduct in-person and virtual center tours; and organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Maintain licensing adherence and foster a trustful, inclusive environment while building a qualified team and partnering with families to support children’s development.
