Job Summary
Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience: lead center operations, cultivate a positive and inclusive environment, ensure health and safety compliance with licensing regulations, recruit and develop staff, guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment and retention, manage finances (P&L, payroll, accounts payable/receivable), and engage families through in-person and virtual center tours and community events. Requires 2+ years of center leadership (highly preferred) or 1 year (required); state credential as applicable; Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred; strong knowledge of state licensing rules; competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
