Job Summary
Preschool Center Director will lead The Learning Experience center operations, ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards, recruit and develop staff, guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum, manage financials including P&L and payroll, drive enrollment growth and family retention, and engage families through tours and community marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred)
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
