Job Summary
Lead preschool center operations, ensure health and safety/licensing compliance, recruit and coach staff, guide teachers with our curriculum, drive enrollment growth, manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll, and engage families through in-person and virtual center tours and community marketing to raise enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Hold a Bachelor10s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
