Job Summary
Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom environment. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate these insights with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. Monday through Friday work week available. Compensation ranges from $17.41 to $18.08 bi-weekly or daily, with benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401K matching, and child care discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
- Effectively communicate with families
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics
- Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
