Job Summary
Preschool Center Assistant Director at The Learning Experience leads center operations, ensures compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards, builds and trains a high-quality staff, guides teachers with the proprietary curriculum, drives enrollment and financial performance, and engages families through in-person and virtual tours. The role requires leadership experience in a daycare/preschool setting, a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred), and state licensing credentials. The position focuses on staff development, curriculum implementation, center administration, and growth through family engagement and community marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field
- state Administrative or Director credential
- 2+ years center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or 1+ year (required)
- knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
