Job Summary
Preschool Business Director at The Learning Experience – Newark leads center operations and administrative functions, partners with the Center Director to ensure compliant, smooth daily operations, supports family engagement and enrollment activities, coordinates staff scheduling and classroom coverage, oversees tuition processing and enrollment documentation, maintains student records and regulatory paperwork, and provides leadership presence during rotating shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Delaware licensing qualification is required.
Required Qualifications
- Director qualified under Delaware childcare licensing standards
- Prior childcare center administrative or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience supporting enrollment conversations or family engagement preferred
- Must meet Delaware licensing requirements
