Job Summary
Assist in implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, support the Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom for ages 3-5, facilitate hands-on learning, promote social-emotional growth, ensure safety and well-being, engage families with daily updates, collaborate with a team to plan lessons and manage routines, and uphold a safe, organized classroom environment. Demonstrates passion for early childhood education and a collaborative, reliable work style.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education with a focus on preschool age classrooms
- PDIS Level 2
- Licensed per state licensing requirements for an Assistant/Lead Teacher
