Preschool Assistant Teacher (Seagull Schools, Honolulu)

Support the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering age-appropriate activities while maintaining classroom order and ensuring children's emotional and developmental needs are met. Assist with mealtime preparations, nap-time support, and cleaning, sanitizing, toileting, and diapering. Monitor student behavior, enforce school policies, and document progress to uphold NAEYC Accreditation Standards and DHS Child Care Licensing rules. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to support learning objectives. Maintain confidentiality and conduct yourself appropriately on and off campus.
