Job Summary
Conduct daily infant through VPK instruction using the Creative Curriculum, focusing on hands-on learning experiences. Maintain student safety by completing required 40-45 hours of DCF Childcare Licensing training and holding a Staff Credential, CDA, or FCCPC credential. Document progress and ensure compliance with Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse standards. Submit DCF training transcripts with your application. This role supports our mission to enrich children's love of learning while expanding creativity and changing lives through engaging, fun activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 40-45 hours DCF Childcare Licensing training (Part 1 & 2)
- Staff Credential and/or CDA or FCCPC credential
- One (1) or more years of experience working in a child care facility
- Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Two (2) or more years of experience working with infants through pre-kindergarten in a child care facility
- Advanced training in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse and/or Child Development
