Lead engaging lessons and activities including storytelling, music, arts, and discovery play to promote whole-child development. Foster a nurturing classroom culture where children feel loved and supported while modeling faith-based values and guiding daily routines. Adapt instruction to meet the unique needs of each child and partner with families to ensure smooth transitions and open communication. Promote healthy habits such as hygiene, nutrition, and self-care within the active classroom environment. This role requires frequent sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Maintain clear visual and auditory supervision of children at all times.
