Preschool Assistant Teacher- 3-4 year olds

Engage with parents at drop-off and pick-up while maintaining accreditation standards and licensing regulations. Assist with planning schedules balancing indoor/outdoor and quiet/active activities, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for 3-4 year olds. Maintain positive learning environments by performing housekeeping activities, administering medications as needed, and ensuring appropriate head count. Address conflicts diplomatically and participate in staff meetings, safety drills, and parent events. Work in a relaxed atmosphere with an international workforce, adhering to company mission and values.
