Preschool Assistant Director

Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, enrollment, and curriculum planning. Mentor and guide Lead Teachers to enhance their professional growth while ensuring the effective implementation of the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®. Prioritize child safety and well-being by adhering to state and federal guidelines, and collaborate with staff to keep parents informed about their child's progress. Address center challenges with creative solutions to maintain a positive atmosphere. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in ECE, three years of teaching experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and a Site Supervisor Permit is preferred. This role supports enrollment, retention, and engagement goals within The Learning Experience (TLE) framework.
