Job Summary
Lead by example in a preschool setting as Assistant Director, ensuring health and safety compliance, sourcing/training/coaching staff, guiding teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, driving enrollment growth and family engagement through in-person and virtual tours, and organizing community marketing events to support enrollment and operations management.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of assistant leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of assistant center leadership/management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations for daycare/preschool settings
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings and applying curriculum and staff development practices
- Ability to engage families through tours and community events
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
