Job Summary
Oversee daily center operations, ensuring compliance with state licensing and company standards while managing enrollment, family relationships, and community outreach. Lead and mentor the team of educators and support staff, monitor budgets and financial performance, and ensure curriculum implementation meets quality benchmarks. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and faith-based environment for children and staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, two years of leadership experience, and a CDA. Full-time Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- CDA
- 2+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
- Ability to complete 30 hours of annual training
