Preschool Assistant Director

Enrollment, sales, and engagement responsibility at The Learning Experience Belmont Greene in Ashburn, VA: own the enrollment pipeline from inquiry to start, conduct tours (in-person and virtual), and drive conversion; communicate value and address objections while building trust; delight families through multi-channel outreach to sustain retention and referrals; plan community events and campaigns to raise awareness and enrollment; develop partnerships with employers, pediatricians, schools, and local businesses to generate leads; collaborate with leadership on local marketing plans. Center leadership duties include guiding a high-performing team, onboarding and coaching, implementing the proprietary curriculum and engaging TLE characters, ensuring health, safety, and licensing compliance, assisting with scheduling and labor alignment to budget, and supporting licensor relationships and compliance documentation. Requires experience in enrollment, sales, and customer engagement in childcare/education settings, ability to meet enrollment goals, strong communication skills, and 2+ years of leadership experience (highly preferred) or at least 1 year (required); state credential requirements and CPR/First Aid certification are highly preferred.
