Preschool Aide

Assist the lead teacher in caring for two- to five-year-olds in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Support daily routines including nap-time, diapering, instructed play time, and crafts while ensuring the room remains clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical growth, providing one-on-one attention to foster a loving atmosphere. Maintain professional relationships with children, parents, and staff, and adhere to all safety and health guidelines. The role requires an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church, with a year-round schedule from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
