Job Summary
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans while assisting children with reaching developmental milestones and providing basic care needs. Maintain a positive learning environment compliant with child care licensing regulations and communicate regularly with parents and staff. Support the team by helping other classrooms when needed. This role requires full shift coverage of typically 6 hours. We offer a warm, friendly setting designed to positively impact children's lives.
Required Qualifications
- Love working with children
- Knowledge of Early Childhood education standards
- Ability to create a positive leaning environment for children
- Able to communicate with parents and other staff members
- Able to work full assigned shift (typically 6hrs)
- A 'Team Player' willing to help other teachers/classrooms when needed
