Presales Technical Consultant (ManageEngine)

Job Summary
Work with the Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities by technically assessing IT needs for prospects. Perform product presentations online or onsite to international customers and provide support during the evaluation stage. Recommend ManageEngine solutions through Proof of Concept, complete RFQ documents, and drive the complete Pre-Sales cycle. Collaborate with Product and internal teams to discuss complex customer environments. Requires advanced Arabic in writing, speaking, and reading, along with experience in Windows server management, Active Directory, IT Service Management, and cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years experience
- Excellent technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced level of Arabic in writing, speaking and reading
