Job Summary
PreSales Specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on collaborating with Sales to identify and qualify potential customers, develop tailored sales strategies, and deliver compelling product presentations and live demos (including Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma, and digital solutions like Mobile Services, Mareon, and Aareon CRM). Responsible for supporting proposal preparation, aligning offerings with customer requirements, coordinating with Marketing, Product Management and Development, contributing to the evolution of PreSales processes focused on efficiency and customer centricity. Creates pitch and process videos to illustrate products. Requires travel ~50–60%, strong German and good English skills, and experience in the real estate industry or sales/PreSales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
- Vertrieb oder PreSales-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse der Produkte (z. B. Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma oder weitere digitale Lösungen) von Vorteil
- Interesse an SaaS-Technologien und der Digitalisierung der Immobilienbranche
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend zu vermitteln
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 50–60 %
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
