PreSales Specialist at Aareon collaborating with Sales to tailor strategies, delivering engaging demos and presentations of Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma, and digital solutions (Mobile Services, Mareon, Aareon CRM), supporting proposals, aligning solutions with customer requirements, and contributing to PreSales process improvements. Requires Real Estate industry sales exposure or PreSales background, SaaS knowledge, the ability to communicate complex topics clearly, willingness to travel ~50–60%, and fluency in German (plus English).
Required Qualifications
- Initial experience in the real estate industry, in sales or in a PreSales environment
- Knowledge of SaaS technologies and an interest in driving digitalization within the real estate industry
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and compellingly
- Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Very good German skills (business fluent) and good English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–60%
- Strong team orientation and openness to new perspectives
