Job Summary
Conduct discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand customer business and technical requirements for Google Cloud and Vertex AI solutions. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures while proposing AI/ML and Generative AI use cases aligned with client needs. Lead Proof of Concepts, deliver product demos, and respond to RFPs with detailed technical and functional inputs. Prepare technical proposals, SOWs, and architecture documents, and engage with sales teams to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle. Ensure adherence to ISMS policies and information security practices while tracking pre-sales activities and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution roles
- Basic knowledge of Python programming for automation, scripting, and AI/ML-related activities
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts and Generative AI workflows
