Job Summary
Presales / Solutions Engineer to drive AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with clients to understand IT infrastructure, application and transformation needs; design and present IT and AI-based solutions including cloud adoption, automation, and analytics; prepare demos and POCs; support RFPs/RFIs and solution architecture documentation; lead product demonstrations and solution discussions; contribute to contract negotiations and closing deals; maintain a robust sales pipeline and monitor market and competitor activity. Role involves working with delivery teams to ensure implementable solutions and coordinating with leadership, while engaging with CIOs, IT managers, and business heads.
Required Qualifications
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and AI-enabled digital transformation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, including CIOs, IT managers, and business heads.
- Excellent communication and presentation with documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with complex integrations and distributed operational models.
