Job Summary
Presales Cloud Solution Architect leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives in an AWS/Azure-heavy environment. Works with enterprise sales, customers, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, cost-optimized cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/hybrid) and create compelling technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and executive-facing presentations. Responsibilities include cloud migration planning, modernization strategies, discovery sessions, solution workshops, RFI/RFP responses, and supporting pricing and governance to drive cloud adoption. Requires 8+ years in cloud architecture and strong presales, consulting, and customer-facing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with cloud architecture and enterprise technology consulting
- Strong hands-on experience designing and architecting solutions on AWS and exposure to Azure
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, security, compute, and platform services
- Proven presales, solution consulting, and customer-facing architecture experience
- Experience with cloud migration assessments, workload modernization, and hybrid cloud architectures
- Experience designing solutions for enterprise applications and modern cloud-native environments
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and automation
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-ready application architectures
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional AWS and/or Azure certifications highly desirable
- Ability to work across sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership to drive growth
- Experience creating technical proposals, solution documents, and executive-level communications
