Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders, converting findings into target architectures, transformation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans. Own solution content for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, defining architecture, delivery models, and effort estimates that withstand scrutiny. Design and present demos, proofs of concept, and reference architectures, building prototypes where they strengthen the argument. Shape commercial structures alongside sales and delivery teams, managing scope boundaries and trade-offs between time-and-materials and fixed-price models. Advise clients on AI value creation versus regulatory and operational risks, articulating necessary governance for production use. Act as the bridge into delivery to ensure sold solutions align with build plans. Contribute to reusable assets like solution patterns and estimation models. Requires 7+ years in solution architecture with banking experience, knowledge of core banking platforms, and practical coding skills.
