Job Summary
Conduct route sales by traveling through the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers, solicit orders, and prepare sales contracts. Lead contract negotiations, close sales, and develop marketing plans for contract accounts while ensuring safe vehicle operation and maintenance. Coordinate sales meetings, arrange product delivery and empty shell pickups, and manage inventory rotation on a first-in, first-out basis. Solicit new business through business reviews, product demonstrations, and sample usage to maximize in-store displays and minimize stockroom inventory. This role requires a valid driver's license, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for weekends and holidays. Base pay includes commission and a vehicle program, with benefits covering health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications

- Physical capability to repeatedly lift and move cases up to 50 lbs
- Physical capability to handle kegs when needed

- Previous experience in a similar role
