Presales & Ops - Intern

Support the Operations team in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing deployments. Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and solution documents. Understand customer requirements and help map them to Syook's solutions while conducting research on target industries, customers, and competitors. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations to gather information required for customer proposals and deployments. Maintain project trackers, opportunity pipelines, meeting notes, and operational documentation. Support inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and basic operational reporting. Participate in customer meetings, demos, workshops, and deployment activities whenever required. Help identify process improvements and contribute ideas to make internal operations more efficient.
