Job Summary
Pre-Sales Manager for Paytm AI focusing on inference and agentic AI. Partner with Enterprise Sales to understand client requirements, map to Paytm AI solutions, and deliver customized demos, POCs, and solution documents. Act as a technical advisor addressing product, integration, architecture, and implementation questions; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Business teams to ensure seamless delivery; capture client feedback to improve product capabilities and customer experience; support enterprise deal closures through strong solutioning and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, SRCC, St. Stephen's, BITS Pilani, NITs, etc.)
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution preferred (IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, ISB, etc.)
