Job Summary
Presales Manager will harmonize product, operations, technical and commercial departments and translate these into solid business propositions. The role validates the business case and service description throughout the implementation process and guides the formal agreement with the client. Develop and present sales propositions, prepare business cases and service descriptions, maintain sales presentations, and coordinate with product, technical, commercial, finance and legal to prepare winning RFP/RFQ/Tenders responses. Maintain the CRM, participate in sales meetings (CXO level when needed), assist in market research and competition mapping, and proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements, assessing met/unmet needs and recommending value-enhancing solutions. Secure input from necessary stakeholders, adapt solutions as required, and travel occasionally within the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- BSc and MA/MSc in Business, Science, Engineering or Marketing
- MBA will be considered as a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience in FinTech, Telecom/Technology or Banks sector
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Strong problem solving and financial modelling with Excel
- Travel willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned region
