Job Summary
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers during the presales process, designing innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements. Create detailed proposals including technical specifications, system designs, and cost estimates while engaging with clients to understand needs, conduct site surveys, and present AV solutions. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery, stay updated on latest AV technologies and LED signage trends, and provide training to internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation of designs, proposals, and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV system design and presales support
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in AV technologies
- Knowledge of LED signage
- Experience with leading AV brands and products
- Knowledge of CAD software for AV system design
- Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS-D (Design), or CTS-I (Installation)
